Have stayed here many times and would return there. Everything was excellent, had a really good stay for short term visit. The location was absolutely perfect, near a bus stop and easy to find. Plus it was 5 mins drive from Marina Reservoir.

The staff at Ibis Budget Singapore Sapphire were especially helpful during check-out. the hotel is conveniently located just 19 minutes from Changi airport by car. There are markets and convenience stores within walking distance, and the restaurant offers affordable, good quality food in a pleasant atmosphere. It is definitely my top choice for accommodation in Singapore.

The room are comfy & clean. The facilities in the room are mostly new & therefore clean & usable.
I do not like about the hotel staffs (frontdesk) that are gloomy looking & not friendly at all. They should have smiling faces, don't they?

The hotel room cleanliness & the stuffs in the room are still new. I personally like bathrooms that are clean.
The front desk staff were not friendly & therefore makes it not approachable to customers. I was surprised to see they were not smiling to any of their customers.

We stayed for 3 nights and we are very happy and satisfied with there services . Staff are very accomodating and helpful . Manager is very hospitable and nice . Rooms are clean . We would definitely stay again .
